Who are we?

We’re a community of brokers, designers, architects, developers, contractors, engineers, and other Commercial Real Estate professionals who trade in business cards for running shoes once a quarter. It’s a different kind of happy hour.

Each event includes a casual 3–4 mile run or walk along one of San Diego’s scenic routes, followed by coffee and networking. No membership fees, no pressure—just fresh air, conversation, and connection.
